What matters is whether drugs are available or not and they are whether you try to ban them or not.

The depression was when Jews became the most powerful force in America. In some states an ounce of weed is a felony amount. Who carries an ounce of weed on them? For me and my friends it would take about 2 grams to make a blunt that’s 14 blunts in an ounce. If you go through an ounce of weed a day you have a drug problem or your a drug dealer.
