Britley Ritz, a Greenville High School graduate and meteorologist, has been named the morning meteorologist for WHIO-TV. She has been working as a freelance meteorologist since May, but her appointment as the team’s morning meteorologist has brought her back to the Miami Valley after interning with the station nearly 10 years ago. Britley was born in Richmond, IN and raised in the Miami Valley’s own.
The Beauty Boost is thrilled to introduce Britley Ritz as the new meteorologist for WHIO and Storm Center 7. Britley has a passion for helping those in need and has developed a non-profit, Raining Angels, which aims to combine two programs under one umbrella and offer a unique and unduplicated service to mankind. Her fiancée, Ryan, is excited to share that they are having a sweet baby girl this October.
Ritz and her fiancée, Ryan, are also excited to have their baby girl, Emberlin, on September 30. They have been blessed by the challenges of pregnancy, sleepless nights, sickness, and random mood swings, but they believe that every bit of the sleepless nights, sickness, and random mood swings will be worth it when they get to hold this miracle. Britley and Ryan are also encouraging each other to never walk away angry at one another, always kiss each other, and say “I love you” every time they meet.
Brittley will be on maternity leave through the end of the year, while Austin will return to the air within the next week or so. The beauty boobs are thrilled to welcome Britley Ritz into the team and look forward to her journey into motherhood.
