It is ridiculous and doesn’t work… WHAT child CAN”T delete an app? In the day where there are so many predators, where children are becoming ADDICTED to their big tech phones, you would think ATT has an EASY PARENT CONTROLS system to protect our children… THEY DON”T. Years ago when our boys were gifted their phones at least ATT had parental controls that I could LOG INTO my ATT account on line and set everything up. NOW you have to download apps on the child’s phone.. like what child doesn’t know how to DELETE apps?…. and the entire “Family Safety’ plan is a joke. ATT needs to step up there game and make these parental controls BUILT in and accessible from any computer without having to download an APP that does nothing and is easily dismantled. WE are probably going with a different phone and plan this next go-around. It is a constant battle trying to stay one step ahead of ‘smart teens”. Do better ATT.
It does NOT WORK… and is a Horrible pain in the arse to set up, and is easily dismantled by tech savvy kids who can delete an app. If I could give this app /feature a star rating it would be a NEGATIVE (-) 5… HORRIBLE and leaves your children vulnerable to all kinds of crap, including tech addiction. I am forced to go to either GABB or Troomi because of this ridiculous SLACK in ATT’s services for parents to protect kids. At least with both of those you can SEE what your children are saying and who they are talking to. AGain… DO BETTER ATT!!
