Spotify Family Plan is a music streaming package designed for families, allowing up to six members to enjoy Spotify Premium with individual accounts. The monthly fee covers each member’s expenses. To add or remove members, go to your account page and select Manage members under Subscription. The plan manager can see the members on their Premium Family plan.
The Premium Family plan offers access to 15 hours of audiobook listening time per month, with unused hours expiring at the end of each month. Only the plan manager (aka. admin/administrator) can see all plan members, while the rest cannot. To add family members to the plan, log in to your Spotify account and press the “Premium for Family” tab on the left pane.
Spotify Family verification ensures that all members of a Spotify Family plan are residing at the same address, maintaining the integrity of the plan. To add family members, log in to your Spotify account and check the members currently active in your plan. However, you cannot view the email address of any members within a Premium Family plan. If their actual username is displayed, you can share it.
You can also view the members’ Spotify Wrapped stats at the end of the year on the Android app. The only way to find family members of your family plan to share music and follow is by going to last. fm and telling your family members to create their own accounts. Link the accounts to Spotify and follow them with your own account. The only people that should be able to see your activity would be friends you are following or following you.
