i think than I got a better solution in w11 ( I have tweaks in my pc idk if that does anythink) if you put the taskbar in the configuration to be in front of anything it will be in front of the block doing the shortcut of ctrl+shift+esc, then if you go down of the secondary proces, there will be a task named control parental services or something like that (sorry idk how to write it my windows its in spanish) then you finish it (if it dont work its other process with a similar name) and the block will be finished (but it still count the time of use)
