To add or remove members to your Spotify Family plan, go to your account page and select Manage members under Subscription. You can invite or remove members by sending an invite by clicking INVITE MEMBER BY LINK or entering the email of the person you want to invite. If you remove a member, you will still pay the full amount for your subscription.
To join your Spotify Family, click Premium for Family in the menu on the left and select an empty slot. Click INVITE WITH LINK or enter the Spotify email address of the person you want. It’s easy to join the Family, and you can sign up or log in with your existing account. Spotify will generate a URL link that you can send to everyone you plan to add to your subscription plan. When all people click the URL link, they will become members of a joint family.
To invite family members to your Spotify Family account, follow these steps:
- Ensure you have a Spotify Family plan.
- Click one of the slots and Spotify will give you two options for adding users: either using a link you can copy/paste or inviting via email. Once an unique link is created, you can invite up to five other people to your Spotify Family account using the email addresses they use for Spotify, WhatsApp, or Messenger.
- Sign up or log in with your existing account.
- Invite family members you live with to Premium.
- Accept the invitation at home, confirm their address, and you’re part of the family.
To add or remove users from your account, go to Profile > Set up your Family Plan within the desktop app or go to spotify. com/account and click Manage.
When sending invites and getting others onto a Family plan, members must accept the invitation and type in their address.
