House Oversight Republicans have unveiled records of $10m (£8m) in payments to members of the Biden family from foreign entities. Oversight Committee Chair James Comer said Joe Biden’s from 2014 to 2020, Biden family members received about $4. 94 million from sources with ties to Ukraine, Romania, China, and Kazakhstan. The memos show these payments went to entities controlled by then-cash-strapped Hunter Biden or CEFC China Energy.
The money trail begins in July 2017 when Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese Communist Party (CCP) linked associate. On July 30, 2017, Popoviciu made sixteen of the seventeen payments, totaling over $3 million, to the Biden associate account while Joe Biden was Vice President. The Biden family has benefited financially from foreign contacts.
From 2013 to 2018, Hunter Biden and his firm earned about $11 million via legal work, as board member for a Ukraine firm, and via work with House Oversight Chairman James Comer laid out new details to support allegations that members of Joe Biden’s family including his son Hunter received millions of dollars in payments from an unknown Chinese company.
