Gideon is the eleventh time traveler and a descendant of Count Saint-Germain, while Gwen is the last link in the Circle of Twelve, known as the Ruby; Gideon is the Diamond. They must navigate their secrets and growing affection for each other while trying to understand their family connections and the significant tasks ahead. Who Are Gideon De Villiers Parents?
Gideon de Villiers, born in 1992 in England, has limited information available regarding his family, especially about his deceased father. He has one sibling, Raphael, born on 8th October 1994 in Durham. Although officially listed as the daughter of Grace Montrose and Nicolas Shephard, Raphael's true biological parents are time travelers, Paul DeVilliers and Lucy Montrose. Gideon, the eleventh male time traveler known as the Diamond or Lion, is 19 years old and resides in London. He initially appears rude and arrogant, especially in his interactions with Gwyneth "Gwen" Shepherd, whom he is assigned to monitor due to her abilities.
In the storyline, Gwen and Gideon navigate their complicated relationship while uncovering family secrets and historical mysteries. The Ruby Red trilogy, authored by Kerstin Gier and translated into numerous languages, follows these characters through a blend of time travel and romance. Are Gideon And Pacifica Cousins?
Pacifica's relationship with Gideon varies significantly among fans, primarily being viewed in two ways. One interpretation sees Pacifica as an older cousin visiting Gideon in Gravity Falls, where Gideon Pines, the shortest main character, is depicted in various body types, often as petite and plump. He has distinct features including short white hair and dark pink freckles. The pairing Gidifica (or Pacideon), combining Pacifica Northwest and Gideon Gleeful, isn't widely popular but arises from their shared interests and connections.
Conversely, Pacifica Southeast serves as a reverse counterpart in the Reverse Falls AU. Depending on alternate narratives, Pacifica and Gideon might be cousins, best friends, or even siblings, but they are consistently portrayed as good friends.
Visually, Pacifica is a charming blonde girl with light blue eyes, often dressed in colorful clothes akin to Mabel Pines. Their dynamics can turn competitive—think of a rivalry similar to Mabel and Pacifica's—especially since Gideon attends Gravity Falls Elementary School. They both share voice actors with characters from other animated shows. Furthermore, the tales of their adventures sometimes lead them to a supernatural journey in the town of Reverse Rises, under the guidance of their great uncle Fiddleford, a noted supernatural researcher. Ultimately, both Pacifica and Gideon are depicted as having endearing personalities with significant bonds throughout their stories.
Who Are The Parents Of Ruby Red?
Gwendolyn Shepherd, a seemingly ordinary 16-year-old, discovers on her birthday that she possesses a unique time-travel gene, contrary to expectations that her cousin Charlotte was the gifted one. Are Ben And Gwen Actually Cousins?
Gwendolyn "Gwen" Tennyson is Ben Tennyson's cousin, with both sharing the same birthday. Throughout the original "Ben 10" series, Gwen frequently exchanges dry wit and sarcasm with Ben, often aiding him in researching strange entities they encounter. Initially, during pre-production, Gwen was not conceived as a cousin; however, the decision to make them cousins was made to avoid inappropriate shipping among fans. Gwen, an Anodite Plumber with magic inherited from her grandmother Verdona, is a core member of Ben's team alongside Kevin Levin and Rook Blonko.
They met when Gwen was sent on a summer road trip with Grandpa Max, their grandfather. Ben and Gwen are not twins, though they share a birthday; they are cousins with significant familial ties. Max Tennyson, Ben and Gwen’s grandfather, has two sons, whose wives adopted the Tennyson name, establishing the family connection. Ben has other cousins, including Kenny, Gwen's older brother. Despite the fan speculation regarding a romantic relationship, Ben and Gwen's bond is rooted in their cousinship.
The franchise emphasizes their close yet non-romantic relationship, providing commentary on familial dynamics. In conclusion, the nature of their relationship remains central to the "Ben 10" storyline, reinforcing the idea of strong cousinly ties amidst misunderstandings.
Who Is The Ruby In Montrose?
Charlotte, the supposed Ruby of Montrose, has been trained since childhood, but a mix-up reveals that the real Ruby is actually the clumsy Gwen. 📹 Book review: Ruby Red
Happy Fandom Friday, guys! Talking about one of my favorite YA series, Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier. A teenage time traveler needs …
As an African American, I sympathize with the family. If all they were doing was staying off the grid and living their life. No matter if there was white separatist. They did not have the right to get gunned down. The mother should never ever get shot with a baby in their hand. It shows me The government sometimes can be the enemy and it’s not a black and white thing.
I remember perusal another documentary about Ruby Ridge and everything the government did was so wrong. The ATF trying to entrap and blackmail the guy, the probation officer botching the court date, the Marshalls not announcing their presence and killing the son and dog, and killing the wife was just a snowball effect that screwed everything up. I remember seeing a clip after they killed the mom where an FBI agent had to announce that she died from the sniper. Just seeing all those people around him go into an uproar about it just proved that they were a disorganized mess that caused the public to lose trust in the FBI. Also this fact may be mistaken but according to the documentary Randy Weaver wasn’t actually part of the Aryan Brotherhood. Becides there beliefs about the world the only reason they associated with them was because they were the closest church to Ruby Ridge and that they shared similar beliefs. Weaver’s friends and family even said that while he associated with the church he didn’t believe what the brotherhood did (but again this may be not accurate. Would like some clarification on this bit)
There are so many questions here unanswered. The biggest one that started this whole debacle is, “Why are ‘sawed off shotguns’ illegal to begin with?” Honestly, what makes that gun more dangerous than a 24 inch shotgun used to hunt ducks? A short barreled shot gun has less lethality in terms of ballistics from a long distance. Sure they are easier to conceal but concealment doesn’t mean that something is nefarious or malicious. In fact there are many state governments that legally require you to conceal your handgun when in public. You think you are stopping criminals with this law? Get real! If someone is intent on robbing a store or bank with a short barreled rifle, they’ll get their hands on a rifle and saw the barrel off with a cheap saw from Home Depot. The reason these became illegal (without a tax stamp) is because during Prohibition, gangsters preferred short barreled guns, because they were easier to hide. Today’s gangsters like minivans because they are easier to shoot out of when doing a drive by. With that same logic we should ban minivans!!!
They shot an unarmed man and a woman holding a baby over a sawed off shotgun. That’s insane they should have been charged with murder, they were posing no threat and they snipe them from 200 yards away with no warning, BS idc if you don’t agree with their ideologies(Which I don’t) this is no where even close to grounds for deadly force.
The East Texas Sheriffs (3 of them) demonstrated a WHOLE lot more sense than our federal law enforcement has in their handling of “nutcases”. Their words, not mine. I haven’t climbed on the hate all cops bandwagon because there ARE cops like those in East Texas not precipitating a war. And sadly, though they’re supposed to represent the very best, past actions paint federal agents as the absolute WORST. DEA, FBI, BATF, any of these departments strike fear deep in me. They can murder you and get away with it. For any or no reason. And the rhetoric about how they’ve changed is just talk. Don’t get cross ways with them. You’ll die.
A very sad day. This was the tragedy that put the authorities in perspective for me. I was young, 12-13, and the police have proven repeatedly to me personally and through their actions to other Americans, Waco, Bundy… A seventy something in Georgia… Every time they drive it home. They are the ENEMY.
My cousin had some audio cassette tapes regarding “Ruby Ridge” years ago. One thing that I recall to this day from those tapes was that Psychological profiling indicated that Mrs. Weaver was domineering and the head of the snake. Take her out and the standoff falls apart. This was not stated in this article but the fact that she was holding a 10 month baby rather than a rifle would support the audio tape contention that she was the strategic target. I suspect there was more spin doctoring and cover up that we’re not privy to.
Now look at where we are people. The same people that destroyed this family after baiting them now want you to settle with their demands regarding your firearms…just remember if you don’t meet these demands they will do this to you and your family. …In saying this, don’t meet their demands and hold the line.
I stayed awake and watched the investigative hearings shown at midnight in cali. The mother was shot by a sniper over 100 yards away estimated by him, across a ravine. Only time fienstien did something good. She asked the officer if they new he was there. No! The daughter had walked out and the sniper said he felt threatened by a girl 100 plus yards away carrying a shot gun that did not know he was there. The son was walking in the woods unaware law enforcement was there. The officer stated he was afraid the dog would give his position away so he shot the dog. Shooting the dog with the owner there could not have possibly given him away?. LOL the boy turned to defend himself and was shot dead. 14 years old. Arrogance by FBI. He could have pulled his gun identified himself as law enforcement and told the boy to put his gun down. But jack booted thug Jsnet Reno was in charge under Bill and Hillary Clinton. I won t even get into the Murders committed at Ruby Ridge.
I was a Junior in high school when this happened, and I don’t even remember hearing anything about it. I watched some of the footage from Waco and never really heard the full story either. Either way, both are very sad for the Police/ Law Enforcement to lie in such a way as to put their officers in the frame of mind that those they are after are extremely dangerous and heavily armed.
This is downright murder. They got mad because Randy wouldn’t rat people out when they pulled an entrapment on him with the shotguns. They shoot his dog, his 12 year old son, Randy himself, and his wife holding a baby. His friend was also shot from the same bullet that killed Vicky. The same sniper who shot Vicky was later at WACO shooting people there too. The sniper was charged with a crime but got out of it of course. Randy could have killed every single one of them if he wanted to, same with WACO…the atf ran out of ammo and the davidians LET them walk away after they fired thousands of rounds into a house with like 70 kids inside.
This is proof that every country should have free and independent media. It turned out more than once that, thanks to the work of journalists, the law, people’s thinking and the authorities’ approach to a given issue changed. Be thankful because many people can’t count on it. Thank you for the article 😚🤗☺️💜 Prześlij opinię
You know what’s insane? The sniper who shot the innocent wife was tried for manslaughter. They were ordered to drop charges federally. He never stood trial. He then went to Waco, and they had found spent shells from his position. They buried it and claimed he never fired any rounds, despite another agent claiming he had heard rounds coming from that position. The same sniper killed this family and went to Waco and killed more.
I’m no right wing nut but to this day 2024 it makes sense Idaho is the least Federally regulated state in the united states. This was a huge injustice and abuse of federal power. The weavers werent even radical, just triied to live their lives in a humble, wholesome way. I’ve lived here my whole life and have my issues with the way the state runs things…but I do understand why everyone, inclhding law makers have a chip on their shoulder after this HUGE abuse of power that resulted in innocent civilian lives lost.
It’s really difficult and mind-boggling to look at this documentary as an African-American. The killing of Vickie and Samuel Weaver (who are white) is used as a cautionary tale for the FBI of what not to do in armed standoffs. Yet, law enforcement in general does not seem willing to learn from the continual stream of unarmed African-American men killed while in police custody. I am glad the FBI has changed its approach to armed standoffs. But if this story isn’t a glaring example of the unequal administration of justice in this nation, I don’t know what is.
I like her response. Her dad was the leader of the family his actions brought all of this on them. When you tell law enforcement you aren’t going without a fight ur asking for trouble. Law enforcement has used extreme force on minorities for decades and gotten away with it. Only became wrong when it happened in situations like Ruby Ridge and Waco.
This has to be one of the worst stains on law enforcement in American history.. They killed a dog, a child and a mother unnecessarily.. I can’t imagine going thru a situation like Sara did. All over something as stupid and petty as sawing off a few inches of a gun barrel.. The Oklahoma City Bomber claimed the governments handling of Ruby Ridge and Waco were part of his motive for bombing that Federal building. Also one thing they didn’t add in this article, after the Marshalls murdered his wife, the FBI kept calling on the loudspeaker for her to come get breakfast or something stupid like that for a couple days. Basically torturing the family who was sitting in the house next to her dead body. They claimed they didn’t know she was dead, but regardless that’s extremely messed up.
@newyorktimes why didn’t you tell how the government had a agent spend 3 years begging randy to saw off a shotgun barrel. Randy finally did but not short enough to be illegal but eventually got him too. Than gave him wrong court date than storms property killing dog, son and wife without ever announcing there police!?
