Considering the evolving science on brain development and putting into consideration things like life experience, careers, and the interests of people in their 20s, I would say 25 is still too young to be dating whoever. Anyone younger than at least 30 should not be dating people more than a few years older. Even when you’re in your 30s, there comes a point when the questions you’re left with are, “what do they even do or talk about?” and “why is someone so much older interested in them?” If you’re 62 pursuing a 34-year-old, what is your actual motivation there except things that makes you come off as a creep?
