That first person Oprah talked to, Phoenix, said she did her research and chose Harris based on a policy of reproductive rights and education equality. Leaving out the education thing for a moment, I don’t recall Harris actually detailing a plan for reproductive rights. Did she ever actually have a plan for those rights that I somehow missed? The Supreme Court already sent the abortion decision to the individual states. Harris could no more restore national abortion (because if she could why isn’t Biden doing it now?) than Trump can ban it. So . . . what was she going to do?

I am still very offended that Harris used women’s private rights as a platform for her campaign. It was disgusting. Others think that it’s fine to easily lead young women to terminate pregnancies, without knowing that they may never be able to have children again. Oprah’s ludicrous “we will not have the opportunity to ever cast a vote again” reminds me of when I was a small child and my father once said to us “if you don’t behave yourselves we will NEVER have CHRISTMAS ever AGAIN!” Though we were all under the age of 10, none of us believed him. It was too ridiculous. I’ve always detested the term ‘empowerment,’ it is just a tactic for a bully to get the excuse to walk over anyone with the justification of ‘empowerment.’ Zero tack or restraint. This is the severe difference between the Democrats and the conservative American. The conservatives understand that power comes with responsibility, that one must exercise self control if one wields power, that if one uses it irresponsibly for selfish gains that will cause devastating effects that harms a lot of people. The Democrats are power hungry, it is about consuming more power and they never exercise restraint. Their holier than thou virtue signaling has disregarded the notion that they could ever been seen as the abusers, in fact they play either denial or cover up. The last 30 years has exposed the two parties of both the Republicans and the Democrats abusing power. It was the conservatives who took a step back to reevaluate to understand that the change that was needed in our country had to first start with holding themselves accountable. During Obama’s years, there was a deep reflection of how to drop the Rinos in the Republican Party to redshift the party to actually look after the people, understanding the limits of power when the power is either in the Democrats favor or in the Republican’s hands. It was a big gamble to have Trump lead the Republican Party, but it was severely what was needed. I don’t think the Democrats are as ready to have that self reflection. Looks like they are going through a civil war of many different directions.
As a mother of three children, I simply do not believe that there is any pregnant woman who has died as a result of abortion laws. I suffered from infertility for eleven years and finally, after much prayer, the Heavenly Father answered my prayers and gifted my husband and I with our first daughter. I have great difficulty thinking that any pregnant woman, having felt those tiny butterfly, like flutters within her womb, desires to take that life and chooses to end it. Heaven help us, if that is the case in the United States. Oprah Winfrey has never, ever been pregnant. Howl is it that she can encourage the women who might find themselves pregnant, move towards abortion. The taking of the life of an innocent being. Kamala Harris does not see you. She only sees herself. She was raised as a middle class kid. This was her very answer to every question.

Birth control is universally available and killing your child is available in every state up to 6 weeks and in some states up to 9 months. Abortion should not be used as birth control. There are medical and incest exceptions in every state. This is a state issue which it should be not an executive federal issue
what everybody misses is that Oprah’s appeal was sincere. If we didn’t turn out to vote it may very well have been the last chance we would ever have to cast a ballot that mattered. If Kamala Harris and her cronies all puppets for the secret shadow government got elected they would continue their rule of terror. Oprah’s speech was the deciding factor for me to vote.
Videos from earlier times shows Oprah delighted to be in Trump’s company. As I recall, she and he also quipped about her being his VP if he decided to run for the presidency. Oprah & Whoopi are 2 celebs I used to really enjoy – I can no longer stand them. And this whole election thing has just finished both of them in my estimation. Thank goodness I’ve never watched the view! The clips I’ve seen on YT websites are horrible.
