  • I would recommend Jeannie to let her baby sleep beside her bed in his or her crib for the first year, that’s what my midwife and the pediatrician recommended, especially the first weeks months it is so tiring, babies need that close contact and that way it’s easier as a mother if the baby cries for example, sometimes you just have to reach out the hand to rub on their belly and I mean which new mother likes to walk all the way to another room every time the baby needs something.

  • Jeannie is adorable her friend is right she can have her baby at anytime don’t count on that January due date. Baby J can come earlier and I still feel Jeannie could give birth this month. I am so happy we got an update, I love these ladies but you feel a void without Jeannie. Don’t worry about the nursery Jeannie you can always fix it up, focus on Baby J and take it easy on yourself in your final month. I can’t believe soon Baby J will be here!

  • Real talk Jeannie Mai we feel you girl! I had my hair done before my daughter’s birth cause I didn’t want to look like who did it and ran and came back and did it again. Shucks it was bad enough I was going to feel like it, I didn’t have to look like it too. Get your lashes, blush and do you!!! We love you!!!

  • No offense but a lot of y’all are (lowkey) projecting your pregnancy/fertility issues on Adrienne and it’s not nice…. Too many comments here and on other articles of how Adrienne is so supportive of Jeannie’s pregnancy … why wouldn’t she be in the first place? I understand Adrienne has expressed she wants children and has struggled but we don’t know the full details .. let’s stop with the backhanded compliments because it’s seriously disgusting if you ask me.

  • Babies almost here, good to watch you on Zoom. Jeezy has other kids so he’s experience & be a good hands on dad to help. Jeannie, years ago my Dr did tell me this because I was 6 months pregnant he told me not to travel I did to CO, your not suppose to travel you 1st trimester 3 months In case of an carriage. Your not suppose to travel your 3rd tri mester in case of early deliver or when your due. When I had my tote bag ready for me to wear, of course all your make up accessories, you can pack 2 comfortable outfits, slippers, some underware, pads, your health ins card. A diaper bag, baby PJs, t-shirts, sox’s, a baby wash cloth, some moisturizer.

  • Loni, you are beautiful in your glamorous fashion. Yes,fathers do feel the symptoms. Let me tell you, when you have your baby, for first two hours you. will just want to rest . Unless, you plan to have news coverage, you will need your hair brush, toothbrush, mouthwash. body cream, lipstick, and pretty night gown and robe but comfort and secure sole slippers. ( you will have a hospital gown on unless you have your own private suite, with your own personal gown but it will have to have hospital regulation. Remember you must, by law have a infant car seat. Also, clothes to put on the baby to go home. Have your layette at-home. Babies out grown newborn clothes fast!!! This is your first child.relax be calm,be happy and just enjoy the journey from birth to you and your family’s growth . We are all praying for a healthy delivery. but be happy every day of your pregnancy, enjoy the holidays. If you are within weeks of delivery be careful don’t lift heavy items or wear high heels. Be careful of what you are eating. Drink water rather than too much coffee or tea. Also be mindful of germs and covid. have people wear masks, for your safety and the baby’s and don’t let anyone intimidate you by not wearing a mask and don’t let everyone kiss all.over your baby. Be prepared for objections. advise, backlash. Most of all, this is your and your husband’s child;eventhough you have two villages your culture may have different traditions. enjoy both. oh you are tiny, but you dr.should have you wrap your stomach after birth also use antistretch creams now and after.

  • This makes me feel bad ..I came in prepared like I was on my way to war lol..no make up, no fancy hair do..hair braided in corn rows and sweats on lol smh..I didn’t know that being semi glamed was a thing..I just prepared myself to be as comfortable as possible..I commend the moms still trying to keep it cute.

  • Sorry, but men get pregnancy symptoms also. My husband actually got sick and he smelled things that I did and it made him sick. Now when I had my children, I had to take my nail polish off and they would not let me put makeup on till the next day.. So good luck to Jenny. And Congratulations on the new baby. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄❤. Laura

  • Hi Jeannie! Please! Please! Read to your baby. While you are sitting resting, just talk to your baby. He or she hears everything. My mother in law wrote to us when we lived in Panama. Be a good Jewish dad and read to your baby. My husband isn’t Jewish. They are from Upstate New York. 🤷‍♀️ They do have a weird sense of humor. Oh! He is white.🤔🤷‍♀️ Anyway, we read all kinds of books to our unborn child. We also, read to her once they all were born. We read so much. I use to get tired. We tag teamed. My three daughters grew up all three have 2 degrees. The 2 oldest have a BA and MA. (MBA) Youngest has 2 AA. The oldest daughter graduated from college Suma Cum Lade. She was reading and talking at 6 months old. Her favorite letter was “B”. True story. I took her to work and introduced her to my boss. I said look. My baby is 6 months she just started to sit up. She loves for me to read to her. Watch. I pointed to and alphabet on the book and said. What is this letter? She said very clearly “B”! My boss turned red in the face. She couldn’t believe what she saw and heard. 🤔🤷‍♀️🙏👍🏾We’ve been friends ever since Panama. I live in New Mexico USA 🇺🇸 😊 😇 🥰 😷 🙏 👍🏾💪Good luck Jeannie and Jeezy with you new baby. I hope you liked the names I gave you as well.😊😇👍🏾🤗🙏

  • You really don’t need diapers, bottles, pacifiers etc for the baby bc they give those things at the hospital.i think women should focus more on comfort items for themselves a mom bag. Maybe 1 advent or Tommy bottle. And have your family come over and help you set up your nursery but as long as you have a crib or bassinet your fine. The baby will be in the room with you for a while anyways.

  • Baby J’s room is across the room the whole world she got to run in there the baby must not going to stay in there when it’s born she must going to play in there cuz that room is too far from her room and that’s rich people’s problems that’s what rich people do average people and poor people don’t do that don’t don’t hate I ain’t hating jeans do your thing let go and let God
