The Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Court (FCVFC) is working to expose and challenge corruption within the family court system. They aim to expose the abuse of family court judges and the institutionalization of abuse within American judiciaries, starting with the Federal Judiciary. The FCVFC is adding financial experts to their assessment team to audit and evaluate controversial family court machinations, litigate, prosecute, and remunerate victims of corruption and abuse.
Corruption risk analyses can help identify and understand the behavioral and institutional factors that facilitate corruption. Research, including indices measuring corruption and reports on corruption, has revealed corruption, cronyism, racketeering, waste, and abuse that require urgent attention. The FCVFC is dedicated to helping clients recover funds lost to overbilling and unethical legal practices.
Both types of corruption operate and thrive in family court environments as well as those industries and services stemming from them. To expose and report corrupt judges and attorneys, victims should file official complaints to the organization. They also encourage victims to write letters to other people-helping organizations in the local community to bring awareness of court corruption.
Maryann Petri, a leading expert on the issue of family court corruption, is at the forefront of the movement to stop this abuse. With over 18 years of experience in exposing corruption within family courts, the FCVFC is committed to fighting against the deeply embedded corruption within the family court system.

Is Family Court Corruption A Source Of Racketeering And Child Trafficking?
Visitors to this website should grasp the Foundation's perspective on family court corruption, rooted in Richard Gardner, MD's theories. Gardner introduced "parental alienation," which the Foundation associates with systemic racketeering and child trafficking within family courts. A 2013 report has exposed an interstate child trafficking and racketeering operation facilitated by family courts, attracting predatory professionals who exploit abused children for profit.
Over the last 50 years, family courts have been compromised by corruption, fraud, and racketeering, largely due to misleading narratives about parental alienation—a concept deemed anti-scientific. Instead of resolving marital disputes fairly, family courts have been accused of operating worse than child trafficking organizations, utilizing legal immunity to conduct illicit trades. The Families Civil Liberties Union has highlighted extensive corruption, cronyism, and abuse in New York’s family court system, demanding urgent reforms.
"Designer Child Trafficking" has been identified, wherein abusive parents manipulate custody arrangements to separate children from their supportive parents. Disturbing legal documents from a Chicago Federal Court reveal abuses involving a prominent law firm using deceptive tactics. The fight against family court corruption aims to address child trafficking and advocate for those harmed by judicial misconduct, urging victims to share their experiences.
How Do I Report Corruption?
To report corruption effectively, follow these five steps: First, identify the most secure and effective reporting channel for your location, which may include public corruption or whistleblower hotlines. You can report anonymously concerning fraud or corruption through various means, including allegations of civil rights violations or misconduct complaints to relevant offices. To file against a local or state agency, locate their contact information online.
If your complaint remains unresolved after direct submission, utilize guidance for contacting appropriate reporting entities or filing retaliation complaints. You can report public corruption through 1-800-CALL-FBI or online at tips. fbi. gov, with further resources available for specific issues such as contract corruption. Ensure that you are well-acquainted with the legal definitions of corruption, including bribery and misuse of authority. As a public employee, you must report corruption allegations to the Department of Investigation (DOI).
Gather and document evidence of corruption, and research state judicial review boards for additional support. Finally, maintain anonymity if desired when submitting corruption reports via designated phone lines, emails, or online forms provided by relevant authorities.
What Are Four Types Of Judicial Misconduct?
Judicial misconduct encompasses various unethical behaviors by judges that compromise the integrity of the judiciary. Common types of misconduct include failing to disclose conflicts of interest, engaging in improper communication about cases, participating in political activities, and abusing substances. Complaints usually originate from individuals who report a judge's conduct, including actions such as seeking preferential treatment for friends or relatives, accepting bribes, and exhibiting improper demeanor in court.
The primary categories of misconduct involve conflicts of interest, ex parte communications, inappropriate behavior on the bench, and abuse of office, all of which diminish public trust in the judiciary. Disciplinary systems are in place to investigate allegations, with many complaints focusing on decisions and perceived discrimination. Addressing judicial misconduct is essential for maintaining judicial integrity and ensuring accountability, as unpunished offensive actions can undermine the judicial process. Judges must uphold ethical standards, refrain from harassment, and avoid retaliating against those who report wrongdoing to sustain public confidence in the legal system.
Why Do We Want To Blow The Lid Off Family Court Corruption?
We aim to expose corruption within the family court system, advocating for victims of judicial abuse to speak out against institutionalized misconduct in American judiciaries, starting with the Federal Judiciary. The Family Court Victims Foundation Committee (FCVFC) is enhancing its assessment team with financial experts to investigate controversial family court practices, litigate cases, and compensate victims. The harrowing story of Joshua Picone exemplifies the struggles faced by fathers navigating a corrupt system that separated him from his daughter.
This issue is highlighted in recent media coverage, such as Sky News criticizing the UK's family court for placing children with abusers. Moreover, support for fathers’ rights advocates, such as Stephen Krasner, sheds light on corrupt practices and systemic issues. Our legal podcast discusses troubling cases that emphasize the need for reform. Despite reassurances that "justice will be served," many victims report a flawed system that often dismisses their grievances.
Protective mothers argue that corruption skews decisions in favor of abusive fathers, jeopardizing the well-being of children. The family court system is characterized by a troubling allegiance to popularity over justice, necessitating a public outcry against its pervasive corruption.
How To Expose Corruption In Local Government?
To enhance accountability in local government and combat corruption, various strategies should be implemented. Establishing an Ethics Commission and hiring an Ethics Officer—whether part-time or full-time—is crucial. Local governments can also share the cost of a Regional Ethics Officer with neighboring towns. Additionally, employing a Local Inspector General and expanding the City Auditor's duties to include local government investigations can help prevent and address corruption.
Corruption may occur at all government levels, involving elected officials and public servants. Workers in local government need to be trained on identifying corruption and knowing the appropriate reporting channels. The public can participate by evaluating local officials based on transparency practices.
Investigative bodies, including the FBI, utilize federal laws to scrutinize public officials for potential violations. Encouraging public vigilance and reporting through media can fuel accountability, leading to the exposure of corrupt practices. Furthermore, establishing an administrative court to assess allegations and outcomes can reinforce integrity within local governance. Overall, integrating integrity systems into governance projects can significantly reduce corruption.
How Does A Courtroom Scenario Of Corruption Work?
The pervasive issue of corruption in family courts involves a network of individuals, including judges, guardian ad litem, and lawyers, who can collude to undermine justice. The Family Court Victims Fight Corruption (FCVFC) employs several strategies to combat this corruption for their clients. Initially, they conduct thorough evaluations of court records, testimony, and evidence to devise effective strategies. Recent surveys suggest that judicial corruption is a critical issue across the U.
S., compelling the development of an economic model of bribery to grasp its underlying incentives. Specific cases, like that involving Jane Grossman and guardian ad litem Jocelyn Hurwitz, highlight the problem, as they are alleged to have been compromised by a custodian known for abusing three children. Furthermore, an analysis of corruption cases over the past 30 years indicates that fraud and bribery are prevalent in federal courts. To bolster integrity within the judicial system, it is essential to implement and enforce stringent anti-corruption laws, restore public trust, and ensure timely adjudication of corruption cases.
The complexity of judicial corruption makes it difficult to expose, necessitating a multifaceted approach that addresses bias, delays, and threats in investigation and prosecution. Ultimately, maintaining integrity is fundamental for the judiciary to fulfill its purpose effectively.
What Counts As Corruption?
Corruption is a dishonest behavior where an entity in a position of trust exploits that power for personal gain. It can manifest in various forms such as bribery, fraud, and double-dealing, affecting individuals, businesses, and governments. In gaming contexts like Terraria, corruption is represented by specific elements, including corrupt grass, ebonstone, and ebonsand. Notably, corruption accumulates from specific blocks, and certain tiles contribute to a "corruption count" in the game.
For a region to qualify as a corruption biome, it must contain a defined number of corruption tiles. Political corruption is the abuse of authority by office-holders for personal advantage and may involve practices like lobbying, embezzlement, and influence peddling. It can undermine trust in institutions and hinder economic progress. Corruption is often linked to the misuse of power for illicit benefits, including receiving or offering bribes. Various forms exist, such as nepotism, kickbacks, and extortion, all undermining moral integrity.
Ultimately, corruption erodes trust, adversely impacting democracy and economic development. In summary, the concept of corruption spans both serious societal issues and specific game mechanics in Terraria, illustrating the broader implications of dishonest practices and their tangible representations in various contexts.
How Do You Report Corrupt Judges?
To file an official complaint against judges for misconduct, gather specific evidence of rule violations and submit it to your state’s judicial oversight body. Share these complaints on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, particularly through the FCLU. Investigate and create reports on corrupt judges; a report from the NY chapter serves as a reference. Maintain records and documents that substantiate your claims. Identify the judicial review board in your jurisdiction and make inquiries with court staff if needed.
You may report judicial misconduct to various authorities, including law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies. Note that an unfavorable judicial decision alone doesn’t equate to misconduct; challenges must be made within the court. For federal judges, complaints go to the clerk's office of the appropriate U. S. Court. Be aware of timelines; complaints must typically be filed within three months.
Always use the correct forms and procedures as designated by local rules, and consider reaching out to the Chief Justice for serious grievances. Stay informed about the proper channels to ensure each complaint is documented and addressed effectively.
What Is An Example Of Corruption In Courts?
Court clerks and administrators may face bribery, leading to case mismanagement, delays, and evidence mishandling. Corruption charges, primarily centered around fraud (40. 6% of cases) and bribery (35. 6%), reveal a troubling trend in various levels of government, especially at the federal level. Family court corruption is a pressing concern, with a call for victims to come forward against abusive judges, many of whom evade accountability—90% retain their positions despite wrongdoing.
Recent studies indicate judicial corruption is a significant issue in the U. S., supported by an economic model of bribery that further elucidates its manifestations. There are two main types of corruption: political interference in judicial elections and petty bribery, which harms public trust and the judicial system's integrity. Instances of corruption have emerged in high-profile investigations like ABSCAM, amplifying concerns regarding the judiciary's transparency.
Furthermore, recent trends in the U. S. indicate a deregulation of definitions surrounding political bribery, often allowing subtle misconduct to go unchecked. Historical cases, like Operation Greylord in the 1980s, exemplify systemic corruption. Legislative efforts to bolster public corruption laws are vital to restoring faith in government institutions and ensuring that the justice system serves its true purpose.
📹 Man Perfectly Explains Family Court
Take a gander as Mark Ludwig of Americans for Equal Shared Parenting explains how his son was kidnapped from him and then …
My daughter was taken from me on sept 25th 2023. I have been my daughter’s primary caretaker for 13 years. My ex and the court appointed therapist made false sexual abuse allegations against me that were found to be unfounded. Yet my sole physical custody of my daughter was stripped away. I had a hearing yesterday and I tried to force the judge to answer why my custody was stripped based on false allegations that were unfounded but he just dodge the answer. The judges name is judge Richard Distaso. I have filed a complaint with the commission of judical conduct for violating my parental rights.
I totally understand also agree with you on this 💯 same here I always tell the state and the government the same thing they are really ruining people lives keeping us away from our kid’s illegally it’s just not right my poor kid’s it’s so much that I can say it’s a pain I never felt before it’s everlasting I get so depressed it’s been like that for many of year’s
Keep on fighting sir, whatever is takes for your boys sir. 30 days ago my ex was granted custody after my 5 year old son has live with me and was in my sole custody past 4 years. Mom only saw him 4 times in that span of 4 years. I live in California she lives in different state. Thankfully I get for now I get one weekend a month with my son, but I just packed my things and moved to the state my ex lives in so be closer to my son and to try and get joint custody for now while I continue to fight for my son and get custody back or just primary. Sorry for my long story I know this is for your boys. Just wanted to let you know you aren’t alone and for another fighting for his son along side you. Keep up the great work and I’ll pray for your boys to be back in your life asap. Have a great day sir.
There is a policy when it meets certain title IV-D criteria. I have exactly the same issue and I just retrieved transcripts that show that the court orders are being altered and I have direct evidence that the state assigned lawyer is interfering with the execution of the altered court orders and making false testimony to cover up
This is what a father does. He fights for his children. Not seeing his children for over a year and a half??? What kind of monsters acquiesce to this? My heart breaks for this father. To fight the government in any manner is a HUGE mountain to climb. It’s virtually impossible to do. The financial resources it requires are enormous and 99.9% of people don’t have those resources to even have a chance at winning. It’s not fair and something needs to be done to remedy the unfairness of these situations.
This just pooped up again and instead of being mad this time I’m upset and tearful for us. It’s wrong and we as men have no recourse and are just F’ed in divorce and child custody court. I hope and pray your situation works out better than mine did. I cry all the time and my daughter is 30 now with two grandchildren of whom of one I don’t even know his name.
Sorry to hear what happened to you. I consider myself very lucky. Me and my ex-wife have always understood the importance of providing our child with access to both parents, regardless of the circumstances that led to our separation and divorce. I have been a single parent for my son my entire life and since he is special needs I will be his guardian till I die; arrangements have been made so he will always be with family. I have never pursued my ex-wife for child support, she barely makes ends meet as it is, and she gives what she can, probably more than she can. She has never tried to take my son away from me and I have never denied her access to her son. I know how lucky I am to have such a reasonable and healthy relationship with my ex-wife.
Makes me sick these women will put men through this circus act, jumping through hoops n paying lawyers just to get a small percentage of that money in child support. Father’s well pay 100k in legal fees just to end up paying child support for the 18 years. These mothers don’t care if you go broke, aslong as they get a pay check.
I lost my case for preventing my 7 year old daughter who suffers from autism from being removed to a 3rd world country with no care for her medical needs or due process for registration of the verdict in a foreign court. I am pretty much in the same boat as I may not see her again ever. Our strong bonds are being severed and the court could care less about ensuring the child, a US citizen, can be returned to this country. Stay strong and soldier on.

I’m also in California, my daughter was taken by her father to Virginia over a year ago, she was 3.5. If possible I would like to talk to you, I’m trying to find real people who are interested in actively challenging the family court system and corrupt judges and lawyers who facilitate it. Its not something any single person can do alone. I known there are many of us out there who have reasons to fight, we need to come together and go above the county/state level to make something happen.
It’s a shame that this is what California courts do to fathers in this state. California only doesn’t want a father in a home. Also doesn’t want the father a part of the child/children’s lives. They only want the fathers money for child support. You have my support fighting this state that changed my mind on having children.
My daughter is 30 years old now, and I was done the same way starting when she was 8. There will be no visitation, only the payment of support. No Christmases, no birthdays, nothing, and the judge didn’t care one bit. So, then I got trashed by her mother for 24 years, and now she doesn’t even speak to me. How’s that for a slice of gold? Hell, hath no fury like a woman scorned. When are men going to have rights, saying they want a child or not, and if not, he shouldn’t have to pay since she knew she was the one going to get pregnant that night? That’s why she shaved her legs. I understand what you’re going through.
HI Wanna talk corruption? Let talk about justice Martha Tweedie who broke the law and acted as counsel in my family court matter where I had no business being in. Or justice Gibson who lied on his endorsement and made statements based off evidence that was never submitted. Child beater Cst. Evan Gorman who assaulted, injuired and hospitalized me. Blind folded me, hog tied me, dragged me out of casino Rama and seen on surveillance driving my head in the concrete and now there is a MULTI MILLION DOLLAR lawsuit filed. I am ready to go public with the BS and CORRUPTION I had been dragged through. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!
Its smoke and mirrors . Lies and coverups in the courts snd by police. F your rights as a human, or as codified on paper in 1776. You are not free. it is indoctrinated/taught that you are free. I am a freeman, free from corp greed and policy. I have 11 open cases fighting corporations called govt. Thus is a Legal concept/action, not a conspiracy. Watch my cases, whay can go wrong(humor).
