In the episode “Trump Guy”, Peter accepts a job as Donald Trump’s press secretary after becoming proficient at delivering fake news and moving the family to Washington D. C. The show, which is about comedy, has wasted no time in the New Year going after the biggest target in the world: Donald Trump. In Sunday’s episode, Peter and the Griffins relocated to Washington after Peter was hired by Trump. The episode chronicled Peter’s new life as President Trump’s latest press secretary, a gig he eventually quit when he walked in on his new boss sexually assaulting Meg, Jabba the Hutt-style. The episode targeted everyone in the president’s orbit, from his daughter Tiffany Trump to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and laid on punchlines about the president.
Voice actor Josh Robert Thompson revealed that Family Guy’s Donald seems to compliment Meg on her “great” work. The episode was one of the worst episodes of Family Guy from the last few seasons. The premise of the episode is that Peter has been hired by Donald Trump and the family moves to the White House. The Proud Boys have called Trump a shill, a coward, a weakling, and a traitor. It seems Trump is losing supporters at both. In 2015, he gave $2, 700 to Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign and more than $716, 700 to two political action committees supporting Hillary. The Griffins aren’t on good terms with Trump Supporters due to Peter fighting Trump a couple of years back. If Peter Griffin gets to be a jerk all the time, then why can’t Donald Trump? Donald John Trump Sr. is a supporting antagonist in the FOX Family Guy showrunners have revealed why they decided to show Donald Trump groping Meg Griffin in their episode dedicated to the US president.
